Exporting a clip you did not change no longer uses credits

Export used to run whatever it was given. Pick a file, add nothing, press Export, and you paid credits for a render that came out identical to the clip you started with.
The Export button now switches off until there is an actual change to render, and says why. Your credits go on clips you have actually edited.
