These provisional terms outline, in general terms, the expectations for using Influspot to build and grow an AI persona. They are a placeholder and do not yet constitute the final, binding terms of service.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the service, you will be asked to agree to the final terms once they are published. Until then, your use is governed by this provisional notice and any agreement presented at sign-up.

Use of the service

Influspot is for creating safe-for-work AI personas and content, and for publishing and growing them on supported platforms. You agree to use the service lawfully and within the content guidelines, and not to misuse the generation or auto-posting features.

Credits and billing

Generation and posting consume credits granted with your plan. The final terms will set out billing, credit grants, and the conditions under which credits can be used — including that an active subscription is required to spend them. No final pricing commitment is made here.

Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis during this provisional period. The final terms will describe the limits of liability and the warranties, if any, that apply.

Changes to these terms

This provisional text will be replaced before public launch. We may update it at any time; the final terms will explain how changes are communicated and when they take effect.
