Make a post before you connect any account

Wanting to see what your character actually makes before handing over a social login is a reasonable thing to want, and until now the app refused: the button stopped and told you to connect an account first.
Now the post gets made and waits for you. It sits ready in your calendar, and the day you connect an account it can go out — nothing is generated twice and nothing is lost in between.
